Enfasys

Enfasys aims to better understand and overcome lock-ins in agriculture to identify levers for transitioning to sustainable agriculture. It will define policy interventions and business strategies that can support farmers to adopt more sustainable farming practices.

Open-Earth-Monitor aims to build cyberinfrastructure (a platform and various services) to help various users from the public and private sector to access valuable environmmental information. User communities are closely engaged to address specific problems.

HASHTAG leverages Galileo’s High Accuracy Service and Copernicus EO to ensure reliable and trusted data for autonomous farming. By standardizing protocols and authenticated workflows, it supports sustainable agriculture, aligning with global environmental standards.

Soil Values​

SoilValues aims to support the development of successful business models for soil health, wherein it is in the land manager’s interest to make decisions that result imprpove soils. This will support result is safeguarding and promoting soil-based ecosystem services.

Circ – Boost

CIRC-BOOST  upscales circular solutions in buildings and the construction sector. Through five large-scale pilots, we will demonstrate novel and integrated solutions for: demolition, construction waste processing, management, and valorisation through cascading use.

SQAT is developing a novel multi-level, multi-technology approach to mapping soil properties. The SQAT solution can create uniquely cost-effective high-resolution soil property maps, which are used by SQAT applications to deliver valuable services for European farmers.

PRUDENT will identify, assess, and develop green nudging tools to drive behavioural change in agriculture and forestry. Using its results, it will define pathways to accelerate the transition to fair, healthy, and environmentally-friendly agriculture and forestry systems.

DATAWiSE is creating a scalable data architecture for building management to ensure data quality, privacy, interoperability, and ownership control. It uses AI and advanced analytics to integrate diverse data sources, offering a comprehensive view of building operations.

Farmpact

Farmpact supports Mediterranean farmers in adopting regenerative agriculture for healthier soil, biodiversity, and climate resilience while reducing emissions. Farmers can certify and sell carbon offsets on a dedicated platform for extra income.
