We are happy to welcome Tamara to the Association of Balkan Eco-Innovation (ABE) team, where she joins us as a Project Officer.

Tamara is a linguist by training, with a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication, earned through international studies that shaped both her professional outlook and her ability to work across diverse cultural and institutional contexts. Her background includes experience in the academic sector, where she supported international cooperation and project management, particularly in the fields of agriculture and bioeconomy.

Through her work, Tamara has developed a strong understanding of how complex projects function across borders, from coordinating stakeholders and aligning objectives, to ensuring clear communication between partners from different disciplines and countries. This experience makes her a valuable addition to ABE’s work on European and regional projects.

Beyond her professional profile, Tamara is deeply interested in culture and the arts, and finds inspiration in nature, animals, and travel. She strongly believes in the importance of environmental protection and sees sustainability not only as a professional field, but as a personal responsibility.

In her new role at ABE, Tamara brings together her expertise in communication, coordination, and international collaboration with her personal commitment to building a more sustainable, connected, and inclusive future. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to working together on the projects ahead.
