Nenad Belčević Joins ABE as Senior Project Officer for RegAgriSerbia
The Association of Balkan Eco-Innovation (ABE) welcomes Nenad Belčević as a Senior Project Officer, supporting ABE’s work in strengthening regenerative agriculture initiatives through the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance of Serbia, which ABE coordinates.
Nenad brings extensive experience in programme development across the Western Balkans, with a focus on sustainable economy, business cooperation, and democratic governance. Throughout his career, he has led multiple U.S. government–funded programmes, connecting public institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, and civil society organizations to deliver long-term, impact-driven solutions.
His background combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building, all key elements of ABE’s approach to supporting systemic change in agriculture and food systems.
Within ABE and the Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture Serbia, Nenad will contribute to the design and development of programmes that promote regenerative practices through:
- the organization of workshops and professional trainings,
- strengthening collaboration between farmers, institutions, research bodies, and civil society,
- developing national and international partnerships,
- identifying community needs and translating them into new initiatives, pilot actions, and collaborations.
As a long-time scout and nature enthusiast, Nenad is committed to creating environments where people, ideas, and communities can grow together. His work at ABE will support the organization’s mission to advance practical sustainability, innovation, and resilience in the Balkans.
